Refund policy

Order Cancellation or Modification:

Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. Kindly review it thoroughly to verify all details for accuracy. Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placement. After this timeframe, we process orders extremely quickly. If no cancellation request has been received, the order proceeds to process for shipment. Please note that changes or modifications may not be feasible at this stage.

If you intend to cancel or modify your order within the 24-hour window, please reach out to us promptly at contact@inblair.com. We're here to assist you.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We can accept returns of products that are at least 50% full, however we will not accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other products for refund or exchange. 

For damaged items, kindly report the issue immediately upon delivery. If no report is made within 5 days, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund. We'll address the damage by providing a complimentary resend or a refund, based on your preference. Please provide image/video proof of any damages or errors with the product. All returns must also be tracked.

Should you change your mind upon delivery, you have the following return options:

  • Resend
  • Store Credit (no expiration)
  • Refund

To initiate this process, email us so we can direct you to the nearest warehouse for return. We have facilities in the US, Europe, and Oceania. Promptly inform us if you are returning an item. Items sent directly to the address on the package without prior notification will not be eligible for refund or resend. Provide a tracking code for your package. Our customer support team will guide you through this process anytime at contact@inblair.com. Upon delivery and inspection, we'll proceed with your preferred option. Please note that shipping fees (including return shipping fees) are non-refundable.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts are not eligible for a resend or refund.
  • We will not accept refunds or resends for items returned 30 days from purchase.
  • Inblair is not responsible for misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Ensure all information at checkout is accurate. Inblair processes orders within 24 hours of purchase, after which changes cannot be applied. Any re-route charges will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages declined or refused by the customer, as the courier does not provide refunds to us in such instances. Customers are kindly requested to accept delivery and initiate a return for a refund.
  • Free gifts must also be returned if someone is applying for a full refund.
  • We aren't responsible for personal damage to items (e.g., if something's been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we can't offer a refund or return).
  • Important: In order to process a return, you must contact us first to receive the correct return address: contact@inblair.com. Do not send the package to the address listed on the packaging — returns sent to that address will not be eligible for a refund.

Negative Product Reactions:

If you experience any kind of reaction through using one of our products, please contact us right away. We'll ask for proof, consult our dermatology experts, and review the situation to promptly offer a solution.

Refund Processing:

If you have not received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Refunds typically take 2 to 7 working days to reflect. PayPal refunds are instant.

Missing Package:

If a package is reported missing or items are not received, we require the customer to provide a Local Complaint Certificate to initiate an investigation and resolution process.

Misrouted Parcels:

  • Ensure that you provide the correct address and all necessary details for delivery. Inblair is not responsible for parcels misrouted due to customer errors. Please double-check your information during checkout. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, and the parcel is shipped, the customer will be responsible for re-route charges
